JKD produced a documentary film on Major Force, Japan’s legendary music label founded thirty years ago, in collaboration with Red Bull Japan and Shane Lester, our art director / editor. Major Force’s impact which extended beyond the electronic music and hip hop scene, had a huge influence on the current street culture in Japan. The twelve- minute documentary features some rare footage and the sound from the 90’s, along with comments from the legend, K.U.D.O., Kan Takagi, Hiroshi Fujiwara, Sk8thing, James Lavelle and more.
